Mr. G. Davis Greene founded the firm now known as O’Brien Greene in 1969. Mr. Greene is retired and has no formal ties to the firm. His name remains in the name of the firm as a token of appreciation and recognition of his high standards. The firm is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940, and with the State Securities Commission under the Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972.

As a Registered Investment Advisor, O’Brien Greene has a fiduciary responsibility. We are legally obligated always to act in their clients’ best interest. We are required to fully disclose any conflict of interest.

The firm has a general practice and is a balanced manager of big-cap equities and investment-grade bonds, with special experience in bonds and small-cap stocks.
